• o or Enter: Open the selected item
• v: Open the original link in a new tab
• V: Open the original link in the current tab (entry view only)
• c: Open the comments link in a new tab
• C: Open the comments link in the current tab
• m: Toggle read/unread, focus next
• M: Toggle read/unread, focus previous
• A: Mark the current page as read
• d: Fetch the original web page and apply scraper rules or readability
